
How long will my order take?
Usually no longer than 10 working days. But a firm delivery
date will be given when you order and we can work to your deadlines if you need
us to.
Are there any delivery charges?
No. Once we’ve produced your goods, we send them on a next
day service at no extra cost. We offer Free Worldwide Delivery on Swim Hat
orders over 100.

we’ll do the rest.
After a brief conversation where we’ll establish exactly
what it is you’re after, we’ll get to work on the following for you:
Sorting the artwork and
work out the printing/embroidery process to best suit your specification. Based on your
specification or images, we’ll knock up some visuals so you can see what
your product will look like before we print them.
Produce a quote for your
order clearly breaking down the costs.
All you need to do is approve the order and our team will
get to work for you to ensure you get your finished custom products as quickly
as possible.
How do I find the product I want, and get the price?
Either have a look through our easy to navigate website,
give us a ring on 01384 262 335 or drop us an
email on sales@swimhatco.com. If you see the
product you’re after, make a note of the product code, get in touch and we’ll
price it up for you straight away.
If you can’t find what you need, give us a call and we will
do our best to source the product(s) you’re looking for through one of our
trusted suppliers.
Can I have a sample before placing an order?
We can often send an example of the work we’ve done on a
similar order so you can have a look at the excellent quality of what we
produce first hand. It is, however, time consuming and expensive to produce a
one-off sample to your bespoke specification using your logo/image, but we can
send photos of the print or embroidery prior to a larger run if you wish. We
aim to sort every query before we get to production stage to give you peace of
mind.
I don’t have any artwork, or it is poor quality, what do I
do?
Let us have a look at what you do have or just discuss what
you need and we will do the rest. We’ll produce a top notch visual for you and
if you’re happy, we’ll get cracking for you on your order.
I do have artwork, what format do I send?
Any will do, but commonly PDF, JPEG, PNG or AI files. If it
is for embroidery, an EMB file is perfect.
I want different types of garments with the same
print/embroidery on them. Does this get me a bulk price break?
Yes. If you order 20 tees and 30 hoodies with the same
design for instance, you would get a 50 price break
.
How much will my embroidery cost?
This depends on the number of stitches in the design. This
can change between designs but our prices are here. Once we have seen
the artwork, we will be able to quickly give you a firm price
.
How many colors can you print or embroider?
We can screen print up to 6 colors, embroider 12 colors or
offer a full color Direct to Garment (DTG) service where you can have as many
as you want.
My logo has lots of colors in it, can it be done with less colors or in black and white?
Yes, we can have a look at your image and adapt it to have
less colors if you wish.
Can you embroider onto our own stuff?
Yes, we commonly embroider or print onto customer’s
garments.
How and when do I pay?
We accept credit and debit card payments, cheque, and bacs.
We have several payment term options available and happy to discuss whichever
is best for you.
How do I contact you?
By phone or email (or in person if you’re local and want to
come say hello).
We are open Monday to Friday 8am til 5pm, and will pick up
emails and phone calls out of hours and will always respond the following day.
